My Journey Towards Organization Continues

Am still determined to keep this thing going:)
So today's whiteboard task was to organize my bathroom cabinets.
I started out by getting rid of all expired medications and vitamins.
A great way to keep your cabinets organized is to get bins, baskets and/or shelves to keep things separated. I used plastic bins with low sides for some of the items but used a coupe of larger bins as well. I also used a box with a lid for prescriptions and placed that on the very top shelf so that it would be out of reach for my kids even if they tried to use the bathroom stool to reach stuff.
I then used a label maker so that a guest (or my husband) can easily open the cabinet up and find what they are looking for.

As you can see It looks pretty neat! I have a bin for vitamins, kids medicines (cold, pain and allergy all in one area, cold, pain and allergy for adults along with tummy medicines like tums etc., I also have a First aid bin full of bandages, ointments for itching, antibacterial and antifungals. I have a small bin for things that are for infants (most important to me are the baby wipes, the squeegie for the nose and the infant vicks as babies under 6 months should not use the regular adults strength version!) and a toothpaste bin.
I also have enough room for q-tips, a thermometer and larger bottles that don't really need to be in a bin. On teh top shelf I also have quite a bit of room and for now I will leave it alone. I have a hot water bottle/bag up there and some braces for wrists and ankles.

Hopefully this will make it easy enough for my husband to bring ME medicine once in a while ;)
